Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website, zenithglobalfx.org, operated by Zenith Global FX. By using the site, you accept them. They are deliberately short, because this site does one simple thing: it describes the studio and lets you send us a project inquiry.

01What the studio does

Zenith Global FX is a visual-effects and post-production studio. Our services — described on this site — are VFX and compositing, motion graphics and titles, color and finishing, and full post-production for film, advertising and brand work. Nothing on this site is an offer of any other kind of service. In particular, "FX" in our name refers to visual effects and nothing else.

02An inquiry is not a contract

Sending a message through the "Start a project" form, or emailing us, creates no contract, booking or obligation on either side, and nothing is charged. Work begins only when both sides have approved a written scope for a specific project. Until that happens, either side can end the conversation at any time.

03Scope and pricing are agreed per project

We do not publish standard prices because there is no standard shot. Final scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and pricing are agreed in writing for each project before it starts, and that written scope — not this website — governs the engagement. Descriptions on this site are a general account of our capabilities, not a promise that any particular result fits any particular budget or deadline.

04Visuals on this site are illustrative

Every image on this site is original abstract artwork created by the studio in code (CSS and SVG). No visual here depicts client work, and none should be read as a credit, an endorsement, or an association with any third party. The site uses no third-party trademarks, logos or footage.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the inquiry form: no unlawful, deceptive or abusive submissions, no spam or automated bulk submissions, no attempts to disrupt the site or its form-delivery service, and no submission of content you have no right to share. We may decline or delete inquiries that breach this section.

06Intellectual property

The design, text and artwork of this website belong to Zenith Global FX. You may link to the site freely; you may not reproduce its artwork or copy as your own. Material you send us in an inquiry remains yours — sending it grants us only what's needed to read it and respond.

07Liability

This site is provided as-is, as a description of the studio and a way to reach us. To the extent permitted by law, Zenith Global FX is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or the third-party form-delivery service it links to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability connected with actual project work is dealt with in each project's written agreement, not here.

08Changes

We may update these terms as the studio evolves. Changes appear on this page with a new date at the top, and apply from the moment they are published.
