This policy explains what personal information Zenith Global FX ("we", "us") handles through this website, zenithglobalfx.org, and what your choices are. The short version: the only personal information this site handles is what you choose to send us through the project-inquiry form or by email, and we use it for one purpose — responding to you.
01What the inquiry form collects
The "Start a project" form on our contact page asks for:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company name (optional);
- a project type, a timeline (optional), and your description of the project.
We ask for nothing else, and we encourage you not to include sensitive personal information in the project description — it isn't needed to scope a project.
02How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: reading and responding to your project inquiry, and — if the conversation continues — discussing and scoping that project with you. We do not use it for advertising lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except for the delivery service described below.
03How your message reaches us (FormSubmit)
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service. When you press "Send inquiry", your entries are transmitted to FormSubmit, which forwards them as an email to our inbox, studio@zenithglobalfx.org. FormSubmit processes your submission for that delivery under its own privacy practices, which are published on formsubmit.co. If you prefer not to route your message through FormSubmit, you can email us directly at the same address instead.
04Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies of its own and runs no analytics scripts of ours. Two things outside our pages are worth knowing about: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers; and if you arrived here by clicking an advertisement, the advertising platform that showed you the ad may have set its own cookies or measured that click under its own policies. Those platforms operate independently of this site.
05How long we keep inquiries
Inquiry emails stay in our studio inbox for as long as they are relevant: while we are corresponding with you, and — if a project results — for the life of that project and our ordinary business records afterwards. Inquiries that clearly go nowhere are deleted in periodic inbox cleanups. We keep no separate database of inquiries beyond the mailbox itself.
06Your access and deletion rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@zenithglobalfx.org from the address you used, and we will act on the request and confirm by reply. Deletion requests are honored except where we are required to keep a record (for example, records of a paid engagement).
07Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. The version published here is always the one in force.
